I've heard (but have not confirmed) that the center is using the same beacon and underwater crate coordinates as the island, so that may be worth. With the map you provided it also does not give me much of an idea seeing as how those coordinates place you so close to land on the map. They look exactly like the underwater loot crates.
I have found 1 loot crate on volcano island and one in the snow biome.
